The hotel was straightforward and fairly clean, with excellent staff who was handling the Breakfast shift. The rooms were new-fashioned and spotless with a balcony.

The rooms are perfectly clean and well-appointed with a balcony, and the location is magnificent close to many fast food restaurants. The staff are fantastically friendly and best.

It was clean inside. The standard queen room was outstanding, had a safe, multi-channel television, and a microwave. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, enjoyed it, and the staff were amazingly friendly people who was handling the Breakfast shift. The location for Houston was good, really close to shopping area as well as restaurants.

Our room was immaculately clean and well-appointed and bathroom was immaculately clean. The staff were excellent and amicable and the location was favourable close to many fast food restaurants.

Generally everything was brand-new. The room was big, besides it had a microwave oven, coffee & tea makers, and a refrigerator, just in case. Courteous and accommodating staff who were always there to help. It was a marvellous and absolutely perfect location just next door to stores and restaurants, Houston for a wedding and shops and food, easy going and friendly staff.

The breakfast and treatment were wonderful. The friendly cleaning staff attended to our needs. The service desk personnel were amazing and even helped with a forgotten item. The security gates provided unexpected car safety. The room was spacious with a comfy bed and cold AC.

Felt very secure, no complaints whatsoever.

It was fairly clean and the staff were best, beds were comfy. Its location was perfect, in a sketchy neighborhood, and in a nice area. Everything was simply excellent.

My recent stay at a hotel in Houston was great. The room was clean, well-appointed, and had a comfortable bed. The continental breakfast offered a tasty variety of options, including eggs and fresh fruit. I also appreciated the secure parking lot and the feeling of safety it provided. Additionally, the AC in the room was super cold, which was perfect for escaping the Houston heat. I would highly recommend this hotel.
